Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING PROCESS

Please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive. Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday, not on weekends or holidays. 

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed online.

Any delays are out of our control once orders are submitted to the shipping carriers.

All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS.

Package tracking numbers are sent via email after your order is shipped.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered for the order. We are not responsible for addresses not entered correctly during the online ordering process.

RETURN POLICY

There is a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the delivery date of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email a Return Request to us at hello@capsulepieces.com. Returns must be sent to 150 Post Office Road #1941, Waldorf, MD 20602.

If your return request is accepted, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions. Customers are financially responsible for their return shipping fee; the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender at the customer's expense.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and send an email titled Item Evaluation Request to us within 3 days of delivery at hello@capsulepieces.com if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (beauty products), cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To request an exchange for the same item in a different size or a completely different item, please send an email titled Exchange Request to us at hello@capsuleoieces.com within 3 days of delivery. Please note that the fastest way to ensure you get what you want before the preferred item is sold out is to make a separate purchase for the new item right after receiving the exchange authorization email. Then, return the item you have within 5 days after authorization approval, and once the return is accepted, you will be issued a refund, including a flat rate shipping fee refund.

Refund approval

Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be notified after it has been inspected to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
